All medical services are performed under the supervision of licensed medical professionals and our Medical Director.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services at The Science of Beauty. Certain treatments may have additional eligibility requirements, which will be discussed during your consultation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet eligibility criteria or for whom treatment may be contraindicated.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card or payment method may be required to secure certain appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. However, to respect our staff's time and allow other clients to book appointments, we require:

• 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability.

4. Consultations and Informed Consent

Prior to receiving any medical aesthetic treatment, you will be required to complete a medical history form and participate in a consultation with our staff. You will be provided with information about the treatment, including potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. Written informed consent is required before any procedure is performed.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options
• Treatment packages and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferable with approval
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services:

• Services rendered are non-refundable
• Unused prepaid treatments may be applied to other services at management's discretion
• Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt, unopened and in original packaging
• If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us to discuss your concerns

Results from aesthetic treatments vary from person to person based on individual factors including age, skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee specific results. Images and testimonials on our website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of your results. 8. Aftercare Compliance

Following treatment aftercare instructions is essential for optimal results and to minimize complications. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and may void any satisfaction guarantees or complimentary touch-ups.

9. Medical Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information, including current medications, allergies, medical conditions, and previous treatments. Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in adverse outcomes for which The Science of Beauty cannot be held responsible.

10. Photography and Media

We may take before and after photographs for your medical records. Use of photographs for marketing purposes requires separate written consent. You may opt out of marketing photography at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Science of Beauty, its owners, employees, and affiliated medical professionals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or this website.
